About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and our text messages. By using the site, you agree to them. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Prolific Maven (Prolific Maven LLC), based in Tampa Bay, Florida.
Our text messages (SMS)
- Who sends them: Prolific Maven
- How you sign up: by checking the text message box on our contact form. It's optional. You don't have to agree to texts to send the form or to work with us.
- What we send: messages about your inquiry, like lead follow-up, setting up and coordinating conversations or appointments, and customer care.
- How often: message frequency varies.
- Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and then we'll stop. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
- For help: reply HELP, email [email protected], or call (844) 238-7766.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To start getting texts again after you've stopped, reply START or contact us.
Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
